* New members who want to join BoatUS can do so through the Flagler County Sport Fishing Club by joining BoatUSAngler. This gives the same membership as BoatUS but for half the cost ($15 instead of the usual $30).
* Members of BoatUS at renewal time can specify that they want to renew with BoatUSAngler again at half the price ($15 instead of $30).
Benefits of membership are:
*Subscription to Boat US Angler Magazine
*Access to low cost boat insurance PLUS fishing equipment coverage
*Payment of the first $50 for on-water and $50 on-road trailer towing
*Discounts at marinas on fuel, services and repairs
*Earn member rewards shopping at West Marine
*Online Resources - fishing guide and charter locator, event calendar, etc.
Members may add more towing coverage also for an additional fee:
*$18 which pays the first $150 of on-water towing commercial charges
*$125 (unlimited) which pays all of a towing fee out to 75 miles offshore (the typical tow charge = $600)
*$157 (gold) which pays the same as unlimited but also pays for from home dock towing which unlimited does not
*$14 upgrade to unlimited on-road towing for your trailer
*$6 for a subscription to Boat US Magazine
Members need to contact me when ready to join or renew their present membership and I will first verify that they are FCSFC members then give them a Group # for their application which entitles them to the 1/2 price membership discount. I also have applications if anyone needs them.
